Q 1. Do you ship worldwide?
Ans. Yes, Currently, we are based in Australia, thus we can ship Australia wide and to the countries available with our courier company’s reach which includes most of the countries such as New Zealand, the United States, and the UK, etc. However, as our popularity continues to expand in Australia, Sydney aims to further shipping towards Worldwide(Return policy).
Q 2. How long does shipping take?
Ans. 3-7 business days for standard deliveries within the metro region. However, on special request, we can do express shipping which takes 1-3 days in metro areas only(for more info please click Shipping).
Q 4. What are the exchange and refund policies?
Ans. Refunds on products can be made only if the product is found defective and faulty. We cannot do refunds based solely that you have changed your mind. if you would like to get a refund for a faulty or damaged item then send us an enquiry about your product with the attached photo of the product. This must be done within 2 days of the product being delivered. However, if you would like another product on our site, we can happily give you free shipping on the product.
Q 5. What is the method to pay for the products?
Ans. You can either use PayPal or Credit cards. Once the payment has been successful, you will be notified via email and your product will then be shipped.
